OUR PROGRAMS

 

Quality childcare and learning begins with quality programming. At Kids of Miller Place, each child receives the personal attention that will allow them to progress from the tentative beginning toddler to the confident secure child who is ready for Kindergarten and beyond.

 

Kids of Miller Place uses the award winning Pinnacle Early Childhood Curriculum and follows the NYS Pre-kindergarten Foundation for the Common Core. Our programs provide hands-on, center-based activities that promote and stengthen a child's emerging skills in all developmental areas. Developmentally appropriate activities have been designed to meet specific learning objectives that will help each child move towards their potential as they explore and experiment with materials both within and outside of the classroom.

School Year and Year-Round Programs are available in AM, PM, and full day sessions offered in 2, 3 and 5 day classes. Additional before care, after care, and our popular "Lunch Bunch" is also available.

 

Before Care: 7:00-9:00AM

AM Classes: 9:00-11:30AM

Lunch Bunch: 11:30AM-12:30PM

PM Classes: 12:30-3:00PM

Full Day Classes: 9:00AM-3:00PM

After Care: 3:00-6:00PM

Late PN Care: 6:00-6:30PM

Full Time Program: Flexible 10hr day with additional before & after care available to meet your needs

 

For those children in grades Kindergarten through 5th, our Before/After Care Programs include Miller Place School District bus transportation to and from Kids of Miller Place and the Laddie A Decker, and Andrew Muller Schools.

 

For your convienance, we also offer *Vacation Camps, which are open during all extended school holidays (Winter, Mid-Winter, and Spring Break). Choose from a single day or the full Break.
